Are you and your fiancé' considering eloping in Florida? Maybe you're planning for a larger celebration and Siesta Key is your destination?
We can provide you with one of our pre-planned Siesta Key wedding packages at any location you wish or we can select the perfect public beach access for your event size and needs. Sarasota County beaches, such as Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach and Turtle beach all require permitting but don't stress, we can add the permit to our package and obtain it for your beach wedding.
If you are planning an elopement that includes only the two of you, or the two of you and 10-15 guests, our most popular packages are the Simply Love, Tide the Knot or Sunset Kiss package. We also offer a discount for weekday weddings and elopements with no guests. Any beach on the island can accommodate an intimate ceremony of less than 15 guests. If your group is larger, allow us to guide you to the right location that offers adequate beach space, parking, restrooms, etc.

Often this package will not require a beach permit through the county unless you add seating or an arbor. Beach wedding permits vary from location to location so please allow our consultants to guide you through this process. In most cases, we can add the permit to our services.

Our FAVORITE location in Sarasota FL for your beach wedding! Currently, there is a permit required at this location however Sarasota has designated wedding zones at this beach that are ideally located with walking access and close to the parking lots. We can obtain the permit for you or you may get it yourself. We prefer zone 1 or 3 here at Siesta Key.
This is by far the most impressive beach in the St Pete / Sarasota area. It's recently undergone renovations and it is stunning. This location is ideal for large beach weddings or small beach weddings in Sarasota.

Lido Beach

Lido's beaches are one of Sarasota's most interesting and varied waterfront locations. Lido Beach is a long stretch of white sand convenient to recreational facilities. Lido beach extends to North Lido Park's long expanse of secluded rolling dunes, with paths
leading from the beach to nature trails that wind through the park's tranquil pine forest.
PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR ELOPEMENT.

Turtle Beach

Turtle beach in Sarasota County is a more rustic, less traveled beach than Siesta Key beach. If you are looking for more privacy while still staying on Siesta Key, this beach is perfect for your wedding. There are close by reception locations as well! There are many photo opportunities at this location as well. With bayside photos, foliage photos and of course sunset!

If you are planning a destination wedding in Sarasota, then you are looking for the perfect wedding location that is close to your accommodations as well as a venue to host your reception or dinner. Below are venues that our past clients have used and we've planned wedding receptions at. Enjoy!
This venue is perfect for groups up to around 55 people. It's a fine dining waterfront experience.
Just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Sarasota, Café Gabbiano brings Italy to Siesta Key. It's serene, casual ambiance imitates that of the paradise surrounding it. With 4,000 square feet to spare, Café Gabbiano offers intimate, private dining in our wine rooms as well as comfortably cool, outdoor seating on our climate controlled patio. Great setting for small groups up to 20 or less and larger groups. Visit their website to take a virtual tour and learn more.
Located across the street from Turtle Beach, it makes a convenient reception location if you are hosting your ceremony there. It's also a short drive from the main beach on Siesta Key. Great waterfront dining on the bay side of the island. This venue can accommodate small groups or large groups!
If you block out rooms to stay here, we can set up and provide everything you need for your outdoor courtyard reception on site. The beach is only steps away from the resort where you can host your sunset sarasota beach ceremony. All of our beach wedding packages are ideal for this location.

Hey there! If you're planning a beach wedding on Siesta Key, we've got some important info for you. You'll need to get your Florida Marriage license, but no worries, you can grab it at the local Clerk of Court or even through a license by mail service. Just make sure to bring it with you to your beach wedding and give it to your officiant before the ceremony. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call! How do our Florida destination wedding packages work?
1. Shop Our Pre-Planned Beach Wedding Packages
We offer a variety of destination beach wedding packages that are perfect for any location or beach venue in Florida. Our wedding ceremony packages range from simple and affordable options for just the two of you, to luxurious designs with fresh flowers and entertainment. You can choose one of our packages as is, or customize it by adding enhancements like longer beach photography time, video, or even live musicians. All of our affordable beach wedding packages can be considered elopement packages, as they cater to groups less than 50, however you can add as many chairs as you need plus reception services. All of our Florida Beach Wedding packages are suitable for elopements, vow renewals, committment ceremonies or large scale beach weddings.
2. Select a Beach Wedding Location
What beaches can you get married on in Florida? Florida is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and we have curated an extensive list of our favorite beaches that you can use. We've done the homework and scouting and have a beautiful line up of choices for your Florida Beach Wedding. You can select one of our favorite beaches to use for your destination wedding, or we can provide services at your rental, resort or any location you want. We are not limited to the beach wedding venues we have listed on our website. It's our pleasure to help guide you to the right beach for your wedding in FL, and help with permitting requirements, if applicable. Our packages do not include beach wedding permit fees but in most cases, we can obtain the permits on your behalf.
3. Check Availability & Reserve Your Date
Confirm our availability for your Florida Destination Wedding date and/or location by calling us or sending along an email. When you're ready to book your beach wedding simply submit your $195 non-refundable deposit. That will lock your Florida wedding date with Platinum Beach Weddings!! The deposit is deducted from your overall package price.
4. My Florida Beach Wedding is Booked...Now What?
Step 1. Confirmation and Service Agreement You will receive an email confirming your deposit and a second email to complete a service agreement. The agreements are completed electronically. You can download a copy after signing is complete. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the agreement with next steps. This is due back within 10 days of placing the deposit. Step 2. Complete planning documents Your celebration coordinator will send you package specific forms to complete such as the ceremony worksheet, photography worksheets and checklists. These are all due back no later than 14 days before your event. You can make changes up to this point as well by emailing us those changes. Step. 3 Review final check in and remit balance We will email you a final review of what we are providing. Once you confirm this, Platinum issues a final invoice and a meet and greet email connecting you with your vendors and a timeline. Step. 4. Wedding Day Try to visit the beach prior to your ceremony so that you are comfortable and know where to go on your wedding day. If you have a bridal party please share the itinerary we provide you so they know what to expect and where to be for your processional to reduce any delays. Remember to bring your rings and FL marriage license. We will see you there!
